By accessing or using UnrollX ("the Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Service Description
UnrollX is a web application that allows users to view, read, and save public Twitter/X threads in a clean, readable format. The Service includes:
Thread Viewing
View any public Twitter/X thread in a distraction-free layout.
Account System
Optional user accounts with multiple sign-in options for enhanced features.
Subscription Plans
Free and paid plans with different daily thread limits.
Thread History
Paid plan subscribers can access previously viewed threads.
User Accounts
You may use the basic Service without an account, subject to anonymous rate limits. To access paid features or increased usage quotas, you must register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
Subscriptions and Payments
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Paddle may collect applicable taxes based on your location.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time unless required by law or covered by our Refund Policy.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use UnrollX only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts against the Service
- Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing access to the Service
- Uploading or transmitting malware or malicious code
- Violating any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Using the Service to harass, harm, or threaten others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
Our Content
The UnrollX name, logo, website design, and software are owned by MarkLib and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Content
Twitter/X threads displayed through UnrollX are the property of their respective authors and are subject to Twitter/X's Terms of Service. MarkLib only displays publicly available content and does not claim ownership over any third-party content.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of Twitter/X content displayed through the Service.
MarkLib is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitter, Inc. or X Corp.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarkLib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
In any case, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
