If you are not satisfied with your UnrollX subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to all paid plans.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

Include the email address associated with your account and your purchase date. A reason for the refund is helpful but not required.
Receive Confirmation
We will respond within 2 business days to confirm your refund and provide a timeline.
Refund Processed
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Free Plan
The free tier of UnrollX involves no charge and is therefore not eligible for refunds. We encourage you to try the free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax compliance, and refund disbursement on our behalf.
